Import a CSV into a stocktake. Shopify quantities are not overwritten on import.

Open Migration or Moving from Stocky? Upload a CSV from Stocky or a similar export. StockFlow detects columns by header names and aliases. You can map columns by hand if names do not match.
Supported fields include SKU, barcode, product, variant, location, quantity, reorder point, target stock, supplier, supplier SKU, and cost. Preview rows, fix validation errors, then import.
Counts never write Shopify on import
Imported quantities become a stocktake dataset. Review imported counts, then apply adjustments on Starter or higher. This is intentional: a spreadsheet must not silently replace Shopify inventory.
Reorder fields on the CSV can create rules on Starter or higher. Suppliers are not auto-created from the file; only the name on a rule is stored until you add a supplier record.
