Short answers for App Store listing and merchant questions.
Does StockFlow replace Shopify inventory?
No. Shopify remains the source of truth for quantities. StockFlow caches catalog data for counting and search, then writes adjustments only when you apply a stocktake or confirm receiving.
Can I import Stocky CSVs?
Yes. Upload a CSV, map columns, and import counts into a stocktake. Shopify is not updated until you review and apply. Reorder fields can create rules on Starter or higher.
What can I do on Free?
Count inventory with barcode or SKU on one location, up to two stocktakes per month and 250 SKUs. Applying those counts to Shopify requires Starter or higher.
How does billing work?
Plans are Shopify app subscriptions: Free, Starter $19, Growth $39, Scale $79 per 30 days. Growth and Scale include a 7-day trial. There is no separate Stripe checkout.
Do you forecast demand from orders?
No. Reorder suggestions use available quantity, reorder point, target stock, optional MOQ, and optional order multiple. This version does not read order history.
Is StockFlow affiliated with Shopify or Stocky?
No. StockFlow is not an official Shopify product and is not affiliated with Lightspeed or Stocky. Shopify is used only as the commerce platform the app installs on.
