Scan against a sent PO. Shopify is updated only after you confirm.
Scan, then confirm
Open a sent or partially received PO and start receiving. Scan barcodes or enter SKUs. Partial receipts are allowed. Over-receiving shows a warning and needs an explicit confirm. Damaged quantity is recorded and is not added to Shopify available.
Shopify inventoryAdjustQuantities runs only when you confirm, with reason received, compare-and-swap, and an idempotency key. If a quantity changed since you scanned, StockFlow retries with a fresh key instead of overwriting blindly.
