Getting started
Install StockFlow and finish setup in under three minutes.
Install
Install StockFlow from the Shopify Admin for your shop. StockFlow is an embedded admin app. It does not replace Shopify inventory; Shopify remains the source of truth for quantities.
After install, StockFlow creates a shop record, loads locations, and starts a catalog sync for products, variants, SKUs, barcodes, and available quantities.
Setup wizard
The first visit opens a short wizard: welcome, primary location, optional reorder rules, then an optional first stocktake. You can skip any step or skip the whole setup and go to Overview.
You do not have to configure every SKU. Location is the only choice that helps every later screen. Reorder rules and the first stocktake can wait.
Overview
Overview shows SKUs synced, open stocktakes, SKUs that need reorder, open purchase orders, and inbound stock to receive. Search the catalog by SKU, barcode, or product name.
If quantities look empty, wait for catalog sync to finish or tap Sync catalog. Help and billing are in the app navigation.
