How a count works
Create a stocktake for one Shopify location. Scan or type SKUs, then review expected versus counted quantity. Apply writes Shopify inventoryAdjustQuantities with an idempotency key and a compare-and-swap quantity.
If someone else changed inventory while you counted, StockFlow does not blindly overwrite. It refreshes and retries instead of hiding the conflict.
